Taking the first step

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website, I understand it can take a lot of courage to reach out when you are struggling. I know that finding a counsellor can feel daunting, 

particularly with so many options available. 

How i can help you

I offer a warm, genuine welcome and a calm, supportive space where you can simply be yourself. Our work together is confidential and free from judgement. This is a place where you can talk openly about what’s really going on for you - at your own pace, in your own words.


You don’t need to have the answers or know where to begin. You’ll have the time and space to say what you think and feel, whether things feel clear or confusing right now. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening, helping you understand yourself better and feel more grounded. I’ll support you in exploring the choices available to you, so you can feel more confident and empowered to decide what’s right for your life. Your sense of safety matters, so we’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.


The way I work is flexible and shaped around you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here -our sessions will reflect your individual needs, concerns and goals. We’ll focus on what’s challenging you in the present, while also, when it feels helpful, looking at past experiences and how they may still be affecting you today. The aim is to help you gain clarity and find ways of moving forward that feel right for you.

The services i offer

I provide an initial free no obligation 20 minute consultation via Zoom to allow us to discuss what brings you to counselling. I want to make sure you are comfortable with me and so this initial consultation will provide you with an opportunity to discuss your hopes, needs, and wants for counselling, and determine if this is the support you need without feeling obligated to work with me.   


I am based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. I can see you face to face in my dedicated therapy room or online. My fee for a 50 minute session is £55 and we can work on a short or long term basis. 


I also undertake regular CPD and further training to enhance my practice
